About Our Facility

A place of healing and comfort

The healing, happiness, and comfort of our residents are our primary concerns. Everything we do is focused on meeting the health goals of each person in our care. We believe in the value of specialized care to heal body, mind, and spirit.

FFSA is issuing our facility funding to support direct service workforce. We plan on using the funding as follows:

  1. Hourly wage increases: As part of our strategy, we will increase the hourly wages to remain competitive in the market, and to help retain our existing workforce. This will also enable us to attract additional direct service workers. We will dedicate 80% of the grant towards this.
  2. One time bonuses: To provide immediate support to direct service workforce, we will issue one time bonuses to direct service workers. We will dedicate 5% of the grant towards this.
  3. Shift differential increase:  To provide immediate support to our direct service workforce who pick up additional shifts, we will increase the shift differentials and pick up bonuses. We will dedicate 10% of the grant towards this.

We will use the remaining 5% of the grant to help with recruiting and training of new staff.
